About Me
I’m Lakshaya, a solution-oriented professional with a multidisciplinary foundation—starting with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, where I also interned at the Semiconductor Lab (SCL), Mohali, focusing on semiconductor chip testing.
Post-graduation, I began my career at Samsung SDS as a Senior Executive, working primarily on company’s internal project management tools using Vue.js. This technical stint helped me build robust programming and UI/UX skills, but more importantly, it sparked a broader curiosity to understand the bigger impact of business decisions taken.
That curiosity led me to pursue an MBA from IIM Udaipur focussing on Finance, Marketing and Strategy. There, I built strong foundations in corporate valuation, financial modelling, and brand strategy.
My post-MBA journey began at Sentra.world, a climate-tech startup, where I worked with vast & unstructured client datasets (steel corporations) to model material flows, perform mass balance calculations, and generate carbon footprint insights. These further empowered clients to reduce emissions and meet ESG objectives.
I then transitioned to Microfolio Technologies, a media-tech platform, where I currently serve as Business Analyst and Lead Strategist. Here, I manage a 10-member team across content, social media, and marketing, driving user engagement, platform visibility, and growth strategy.
I’m now actively building capabilities in AI tooling and pursuing the FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification to deepen my expertise.
Outside of work, I’m an avid cricket fan and a competitive chess player with a 1600+ global rating on chess.com.
